Shipping Info: Most orders ship within 4 days.
• Domestic orders (France) ship via La Poste Priority mail (tracking mail) which takes 2-3 business days.
• We ship to French DOM/TOM and other countries via La Poste International Priority mail (tracking mail) or Colissimo, which take 6-10 business days.

Orders can be tracked by contacting us through the contact form available on our BandCamp pages ("Contact We Are Birds" link) . Please put "Tracking Info Request" in the subject line of your email. Please also put your name and receipt number in the body of the email.
Return Policy: We accept returns for any reason within 15 clear days of receipt. Please note that the expenses of return are with your load.
• We will issue refunds or exchanges for any reason on unopened factory sealed products (CDs, DVDs, BoxSet, etc ).
• We will issue exchanges for defective products. Note: we will exchange for only the exact same product.
Refunds or exchanges will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your claim.
