"Live Somewhere" album was born during an Arts residency while working on two video shootings to prepare for our next album. The experience proved to be so inspiring that 2 turned into 9 shots along with a full audio CD.

The production of We Are Birds first album started in 2015, thanks to artistic collaboration with Arnold McCuller (vocal, James Taylor, Beck, Bonnie Raitt, Phil Collins) who performed in French for the first time ever with the Birds. Next come exceptional participations of Blick Bassy (vocal), Fausto Beccalossi (accordion, Al di Meola), Stéphane Guery (guitar, Archi Shepp, Last Poets) and finally, as an evidence, Hannah Tolf (vocal improviser). Indeed, Hannah is simply finalizing the Birds synergy on stage as well as on the album. This interconnection will give birth to the airy atmosphere, between earth and sky, that is specific to the Live DVD and sound tracks.
